NDIR infrared sensor in flow configuration
IR sensors for measurement of (CO) carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) in one channel configuration. Available for many measuring ranges from 5 % to 100 % for a variety of industrial applications.

Working modes
  • "Smart Zero" - automatic correction of the sensor zero using values from the previous
    1 to 30 days
  • Permanent operation with external zeroing

Standard configuration

  • Linear voltage output - active range (begin and end) may be user-configured within the nominal range 0....10 V.
  • Linear current output - active range (begin and end) may be user-configured within the nominal range 0/4....20 mA
  • Interface RS232C
  • Digital PWM output (0/5 V) - programmable output
  • Zeroing of sensor: manually or externally over isolated contacts
  • Voltage supply 13...30 VDC or 9...24 VAC
Optional equipment
  • Membrane pump SP 550 EC 4
  • USB connection using madur adapter
Data processing and display
  • Measured gas concentration in [ppm] or [%]
    • Measured value can be read digitally over the RS232C
    • Measured value is given as an analog output over the screw connections: 0/4-20 mA and 0-10 V
  • PC program for changing the sensor settings and for data-logging
