NDIR infrared sensor in flow configuration
Microprocessor equipped IR Measuring cells
IR sensors for measurement of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) in one channel configuration. Available for many measuring ranges from 5 % to 100 % for a variety of industrial applications.

Working modes
  • "Smart Zero" - automatic correction of the sensor zero using values from the previous
    1 to 30 days
  • Permanent operation in 3 phases - zero, measure, standby
  • Permanent operation according to timing plan (24 hr. cycle)
  • Permanent operation with external zeroing

Standard configuration

  • ABS housing with all connections
  • Linear voltage output - active range (begin and end) may be user-configured within the nominal range 0....10 V.
  • Linear current output - active range (begin and end) may be user-configured within the nominal range 0/4....20 mA
  • Interface RS232C
  • Digital output (0/5 V) – shows the activity of the sensor (0 V-measuring / 5 V-zeroing or pause)
  • Digital output (0/5 V) – shows the activity of the pump (0 V-still / 5 V-running)
  • Digital PWM output (0/5 V) - programmable output
  • Zeroing of sensor: manually or externally over isolated contacts
  • Voltage supply 13...30 VDC or 9...24 VAC
