GA-40Tplus
Portable combustion analyzer using electrochemical and IR gas sensors.
The flue gas analyser GA-40Tplus has integrated sample conditioning and a heated hose for long term measurements and the accurate analysis of soluble gases such as SO2 and NO2. there are also applications where H2S and HCl have to be measured. The view shows the graphic screen and internal dot matrix or impact printer. This type of analyser is regularly used for EPA compliance testing and is the standard in many countries. The standard three metre heated hose can be extended to five metres if needed and an adapter is availble to carry out the soot test. This smoke test is necessary on oil or coal-fired equipment. The instrument naturally also calculated the esential combustion parameters such as excess air and efficiency automatically. The instrument is fitted with sensors for ambient temperature and stack gas temperature. These allow the stack loss and, together with the oxygen and carbon monoxide sensors, loss by incomplete combustion to be calculated.

The combustion analyzer GA-40Tplus is designed especially for service technicians who are permanently employed in measuring emissions and carrying out adjustments as well as making long-term measurements and inspections on various burner and heating equipment. For this purpose the analyzer is fitted with a high-powered dryer and heated hose. The analyzer can be equipped with up to 9 sensors (7 electrochemical and 2 IR sensors).

All parts of the combustion analyzer are designed for long and trouble-free operation. 6 additional analog inputs for voltage/current signals and temperature together with 2 optional analog outputs give the instrument an unheard of flexibility. The analyzer can also be fitted with two IR sensors for direct measurement of CO2 and CH4.
