GA-40Tplus
Portable gas analyzer using electrochemical and IR gas sensors.
Description GA-40Tplus
The madur GA-40Tplus is a highly accurate industrial grade portable combustion analyzer for pre-compliance and compliance level testing on industrial boilers, engines and compressors. Utilizing the preferred EPA Method 7E sample conditioning system for N0x comprising a heated sample line, heated filter, and peltier cooler, the 40Tplus is one of the most advanced portable compliance analyzers on the market today. The conditioning system is designed primarily for use in long term testing (six or more hours) and to maximize accuracy of N02 and S02 so no losses are incurred during the extraction process, and for stacks which have excessive moisture that could be present in the sample, increasing accuracy and lifetime of all measuring equipment. This portable combustion analyzer offers all the features of a fixed system in a lightweight package, including optional infrared sensors for carbon dioxide and methane.

The measurement of nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide is no longer a problem and does not need more complicated equipment. The GA-40Tplus portable combustion analyzer can also be used for a short time in place of a fixed system in case of a sudden breakdown.

The GA-40Tplus portable combustion analyzer offers the base combustion parameters of all madur instruments providing O2, CO, NO and CO2 calculation, stack and ambient temperature, draft measurements and your choice of up to 5 toxic sensors including NO2, SO2, IR CO2, H2, and infrared methane CH4. All parameters are displayed on the large graphic display or printed on the integral impact printer. The menu and keypad are the same as the GA-21plus so users familiar with madur instruments will find the GA-40Tplus a very simple instrument to utilize in their program. A 10 ft. heated sample line, heated filter and optional probe lengths round off this portable combustion analyzer. The analyzer can also operate from an internal rechargeable battery for several hours, but without gas cooler or heated hose. These items require mains power to operate. Provides hard copy of all parameters at the push of a button.
Filter is included and the probe length should be chosen at purchase. The portable combustion analyzer is also housed in a heavy duty padded cadura nylon case around a steel frame with shoulder harness and snap off lid. A separate case is provided to carry the heated line and probe, and altogether the instrument is under 30 lbs complete. An RS232C interface is provided to operate with madur software and to operate the manus remote display module now available. Full graphics are also provided for all measured parameters for visual verification of combustion and emission values that can be read on the display or printed on the integral fast action dot matrix printer. The GA -40Tplus portable combustion analyzer is truly the best value today for an analyzer used in compliance and pre-compliance applications. The sample conditioning system will ensure that no moisture can interfere with the working of the sensors or dissolve the soluble gas components such as sulfur dioxide or nitrogen dioxide, as required for EPA compliance testing. Practically all possible requirements are covered with this portable combustion analyzer in one compact unit.
