Portable gas analyzer using electrochemical gas sensors.
| Description GA-21plus |
The madur 21plus portable flue gas analyzer utilizes the latest available technology for measuring and controlling combustion gas parameters in boilers, burners, industrial engines, and other fuel-burning combustion systems.
Two different models are available that provide standard measurement features, as well as advanced sample conditioning capabilities when EPA precompliance or compliance methods are required. Each is compact, easy to operate, and complete with all the necessary functions for maintaining a proper combustion management program. This portable flue gas analyzer is small enough to qualify as hand baggage on the airlines and fit under the seat!
Both models of this flue gas analyzer can be found around the world wherever fuel is burned, working to keep our environment clean and fuel costs down.

| The GA-21plus is a unique, extremely lightweight, but robust, instrument designed to assist burner and engine operators in field maintenance of industrial combustion systems. The instrument is a four or five gas analyzer providing semicontinuous measurements of O2, CO, stack temperature, draft, NO, NO2, SO2, or CxHy. Calculations include CO2, combustion efficiency, NOx, excess air and stack losses. A high-quality pump pulls a sample through the supplied 10 foot sample line and probe into the analyzer through an inline water trap and filter.
A reservoir collects the gases where they are then “pushed” to the temperature compensated sensors at a controlled flow rate allowing for extremely accurate gas analysis for each channel. A large full-line display shows all measured and calculated parameters simultaneously for easy viewing, while an integral dot matrix impact printer provides hard copy of all parameters at the push of a button.
This is the portable flue gas analyzer of choice in many industries, used for general maintenance as well as EPA compliance testing. This is a workhorse, no laboratory instrument, despite its accuracy. Precompliance testing and general tuning of burners, all in one package!
