Madur offers a full line of flue gas analyzers from the small GA-12, to our most widely used GA-21plus which offers up to seven measured gases with the madur infrared CO2 direct measurement cell and infrared methane sensor. Between the GA-12 combustion gas analyzer and GA-21plus flue gas analyzer lies the GA-12plus, an industrial class combustion analyzer capable of taking it up with much bigger equipment on any terms.

Hand-held flue gas analyser used for boiler maintenance and similar tasks. A hand held analyser combines many features in a small, low-cost package. This flue gas analyser can nevertheless mesure oxygen and carbon monoxide eith an optional sensor for nitric oxide.
GA-12

Handheld flue gas analyzer for measurement of O2, CO and NOx using electrochemical sensors and for calculation of all relevant combustion parameters.
The compact design hides a professional analyzer. May be equipped with up to 3 electrochemical gas sensors. Definitely an attractive alternative to other, larger analyzers. Especially suited for quick check measurements on various burner systems.
This is a small portable flue gas analyser for up to 3 components with graphic screen and optional purging pump to protect against excessive levels of carbon monoxide. This portable flue gas analyser is used extensively for maintenance and testing of smaller burner units in many countries. The analyser can also carry out a soot test.
GA-12plus

A further development from the tried and tested GA-12 handheld analyzer. This new flue gas analyzer is equipped with the following extra features:
  • Can be fitted with up to 4 electrochemical sensors.
  • Suitable for a soot test using electronically controlled gas volume.
  • Fitted with a powerful Li ion battery.
  • Big memory capable of storing 32 measurement reports.

An attractive alternative to other, bigger analyzers.
This portable combustion analyser is often found as a 4 gas analyser used for EPA compliance testing due to the accurate measurement of NOx. The portable combustion analyser has a graphic screen and an optional purge pump to avoid excessive carbon monoxide levels at the sensor. An internal printer completes the equipment of this combustion gas analyser.
GA-21plus
Details
The portable combustion analyzer GA-21plus is specially for service technicians who are permanently occupied with adjustments and measurements on a range of heating equipment. The added comfort of the internal printer makes this instrument a very attractive alternative. A special graphic display was developed solely for this purpose, showing oxygen against Lambda and CO as a bar chart. The instrument can also be fitted with an optional NO sensor to allow measurement of NOx concentrations.
The portable flue gas analyser GA-40Tplus features an integrated sample confitioning system with Peltier cooler and heated hose. This instrument is predestined for EPA compliance testing and for use with all soluble gases. Similar in design to the GA-40plus, this portable flue gas analyser can take up to nine sensors including 2 infrared sensors for methane and carbon dioxide.

6 additional analog inputs for voltage/current signals and temperature together with 2 optional analog outputs give the instrument an unheard of flexibility. The analyzer can also be fitted with two IR sensors for direct measurement of CO2 and CH4
