Products - Gas dryers
These gas dryers serve as sample conditioners for all of our flue gas analysers which do not have an integrated dryer. All our dryers use a Peltier element for cooling. There are presently 2 different gas dryers in our programme.
The minidryer is built for the GA-21plus and GA-40plus portable flue gas analysers as an option. Teh unit simply plugs into the probe socket on the combustion gas analyser and draws its power from here. There is a peristaltic pump inside that automatically extracts the condensate.
Mini Dryer

Compact Peltier dryer. Low-cost solutions, designed for use with the
GA-21plus and GA-40plus analyzers.
This compact device cools the gas using a Peltier element and removes the condensate produced with the integrated peristaltic pump. Use of the MiniDryer improves measurement accuracy whilst increasing the lifetime of the sensors and pump appreciably.
This is a professional gas conditioning system that makes every portable flue gas analyser to a fixed continuous emissions monitor. Equipped with filters and a sample pump for applications where there is no internal pump available. The GD-10 sets a new standard in the industry for power of the Peltier gas dryer and coolng unit.
GD-10
Details
The largest and most powerful of our gas conditioning systems. Designed to operate as a "stand alone", independent of the analyzer.
The gas dryer GD-10 is a complete gas conditioning system that uses a microcontroller to coordinate its tasks. The compact and logical design makes the instrument small, convenient and easy to service.

PGD-100
Details
The gas preparation system PGD-100 is a further development of our tried and tested GD-10. It is now fitted with an even more powerful Peltier cooler and can be directly controlled from the infrared analyser Photon. The compact and logical design makes the instrument small, convenient and easy to service. Special, patented processes ensure that aerosols are also removed from the gas.
